Problem: Unable to download multiple files. The files are expected to be zipped and downloaded. Instead of zip file only the first file is downloaded.
If you using a Mac with Safari, zip files will automatically be unzipped. To avoid this, do the following:
Open Safari.
Click Preferences.
Under the General tab, uncheck the ‘Open safe files after downloading’ option.
Download the file again.
