Sorting issues

There are several different ways to sort the issues in the Issues View. Select a sort option from the Sort list. The following table describes the sort options.

Sort Method Button Description
Alphabetical Sort alphabetical

Sorts the groups and the issues within the groups in alphabetical order
Sort reverse-alphabetical order Sorts the groups and the issues within the groups in reverse-alphabetical order
Group size Sort by group size large to small Sorts the groups by the number of contained issues from largest to smallest
Sort by group size small to large
Sorts the groups by the number of contained issues from smallest to largest
Last modified date Sort by last modified date newest to oldest Sorts the groups and issues in groups by the date last modified by OpenText SAST or the audit/comment date from newest to oldest
Sort by last modified date oldest to newest
Sorts the groups and issues in groups by the date last modified by OpenText SAST or the audit/comment date from oldest to newest
