Selecting a different language
When you select a different language for security and report content, OpenText DAST archives the original SecureBase content, creates a new SecureBase, and runs SmartUpdate to populate the new SecureBase with localized content. Afterwards, OpenText DAST must restart to use the new SecureBase instance.
To select a different language:
-
From the Language list, select the target language.
-
Click OK.
A warning dialog box opens, prompting you to run SmartUpdate and advising you that OpenText DAST will restart to change to the new SecureBase instance.
Note: After the blank SecureBase is populated with data, if you switch between languages and OpenText DAST detects that updated check data is available, you will be prompted to run SmartUpdate. Additionally, switching between languages requires OpenText DAST to restart.
-
Do one of the following:
-
To create a new SecureBase, populate it with localized content, and restart OpenText DAST, click OK.
-
To cancel the process and continue using the original SecureBase, click Cancel.
