Before configuring the template, ensure that you have service account credentials and have configured the streaming service provider such as Azure AD, Okta, OTDS, and OpenText Core Identity Lifecycle Manager as outlined in the following sections:

To configure one or more streaming identity sources to receive SCIM data:
In OpenText Identity Governance, select Data Sources > Identities.
Add an identity source.
Type a name and description.
Select Publish without merging as the publish behavior.
Enable the identity source as Streaming identity source.
Type a unique identity source identifier.
NOTE:This unique ID will be part of the base path in the URL that is used to send SCIM data to OpenText Identity Governance. This unique ID is extracted from the path to determine the identity source for which the SCIM data is intended.
Type the streaming collector name.
Specify the service account.
(Optional) Deactivate the capability to delete users received from streaming identity sources.
Define mappings from SCIM content to OpenText Identity Governance User and Group attributes.
Click {} and define transformation scripts.
Save your configurations.
