13.6 Publishing Templates

You can publish the localized template individually by clicking Publish, or you can select the check boxes, and click PUBLISH ALL.

Published templates are stored in the database and can be attached to the workflow activity from Workflow Builder.

Once the template is attached to the workflow, you can specify the email address and include the replacement values for the tokens. Before sending the email notification, ensure the following configurations are in place:

  • Outgoing mail server is configured.

  • The Notify Participants by E-Mail check box is selected on the Overview tab when Workflow Builder is launched

  • The value for the property Notify By E-Mail is set to true for the workflow activity where the template is attached
