You can associate a workflow to one or more access request policies. You can create the workflow from OpenText Identity Governance or from the Workflow Administration Console, but you must associate the workflow with the policy from the OpenText Identity Governance application. For information on how to associate a workflow to a policy, see Using Workflows to approve requests. You can launch OpenText Identity Governance from the Workflow Administration Console by clicking the home icon, or you can log in to your unique URL using the user name and password provided to you.
To view the policies associated with the workflow, in the Workflow Administration Console select Catalog > Workflow > Associations. Select Details to view the permissions, applications, or roles associated with the policies.
