Conceptual categories define a topic. You train these categories with text or documents that describe the concepts that you want to find. IDOL Server analyzes the terms in the documents, and uses it to describe concepts that the category defines.
When you categorize documents, IDOL Server analyzes the concepts in the new document and finds the category or categories with similar concepts. It might match the document to multiple categories, or not match it to any categories.

AgentBoolean categories contain extra restrictions for your categories, in addition to conceptual or keyword training. For example, you might add a Boolean or proximity expression to match, or restrict the match by a field.
