Expertise location allows you to find people with certain abilities, skills, or interests. Locating such people allows collaboration on projects, using this expertise. IDOL offers two principal methods for expertise location, using the Category and Community components. These methods are the Collaboration and Expertise Network (CEN), and Communities.
