With IDOL Server you can personalize your system for your users. Agents and profiles allow you to customize content according to a user’s interests, and you can form communities of users to connect people that share interests.

• Profile Users . Create profiles to describe the interests of users.

• Communities . Use profiles and agents to describe communities of users with similar interests.

• Agents. Create search agents that describe a subject of interest.

• Expertise Location. Find experts on a particular subject.

• Alerts. Alert users to new content that matches their interests.
