Characters

The number of characters that each summary can contain. By default the number of characters that summaries contain are not restricted.

For a Concept or Context Summary, if you set both the Sentences and Characters parameters, IDOL Content Component attempts to satisfy both requirements. If it cannot apply both restrictions (for example, because the only sentences that contain the best terms are longer than the character restriction), it uses only the Characters restriction. If IDOL Content Component cannot create a concept or context summary that fits either restriction, it returns a quick summary.

This parameter has no effect when you set Summary to Concepts.
