Set QuerySummaryStopPhraseMode to 0 to disable the configured QuerySummaryStopPhraseMode.
NOTE: You cannot change the value of QuerySummaryStopPhraseMode by using the action parameter. If you use a value other than 0, IDOL Content Component uses the configuration parameter value.
