MaxTerms
NOTE: This parameter description applies only to the TermGetAll action.
The maximum number of terms to return. By default, TermGetAll returns all terms.
NOTE: If you use MaxTerms with TermDetails (to return term occurrence information as term attributes) or Type (to sort the terms), MaxTerms defaults to 50.
In this case, set MaxTerms to -1 to return all terms.
