AllowDetectLanguage
Set AllowDetectLanguage to True to enable the DetectLanguage action when AutoDetectLanguagesAtIndex is set to False.
By default, the DetectLanguage action works only when you configure language detection at index time. Use this parameter to enable the DetectLanguage action without enabling automatic language detection at index time. The default value is the value of the AutoDetectLanguagesAtIndex parameter (which in turn has the default value False).
NOTE: You can use AllowDetectLanguage only if it is included in your IDOL Content Component license.
