PHI Grammars

In the healthcare industry, regulations such as HIPAA in the USA govern how private information must be handled and stored. The Named Entity Recognition PHI (private healthcare inofrmation) grammars allow you to identify such information, so that it can be marked or processed according to policy.

PHI regulations place restrictions on certain protected types of entity, and the Named Entity Recognition PHI grammars reflect this. They are:
