Visual Clustering

This section describes the actions that you can use to perform visual clustering.

NOTE: Apart from ListVisualClusteringDatabases and ListVisualClusteringItems, all of these actions are administrative actions. Administrative actions can be sent only by users who belong to an authorization role that allows the Admin standard role, or which enables the action explicitly. See Authorization Roles Configuration Parameters.

AddVisualClusteringItemMetadata
Adds custom metadata (a key-value pair) to a visual clustering item.
ClusterVisualItems
Divides all of the items in a visual clustering database into clusters of similar items and returns the results.
CreateVisualClusteringDatabase
Creates a new, empty, database for visual clustering.
ExportVisualClusteringDatabase
Exports a visual clustering database.
ImportVisualClusteringDatabase
Imports a visual clustering database.
ListVisualClusteringDatabases
Lists the databases that have been created for visual clustering.
ListVisualClusteringItems
Lists the items that have been added to a visual clustering database.
MoveVisualClusteringItem
Moves an item from one visual clustering database to another.
NullVisualClusteringItemSourceData
Removes (deletes) the samples from a visual clustering item.
RemoveVisualClusteringDatabase
Removes (deletes) a visual clustering database.
RemoveVisualClusteringItem
Removes (deletes) an item from a visual clustering database.
RemoveVisualClusteringItemMetadata
Removes custom metadata (a key-value pair) from a visual clustering item.
RenameVisualClusteringDatabase
Renames a visual clustering database.
RenameVisualClusteringItem
Renames an item in a visual clustering database.
SyncVisualClusteringItems
Forces Media Server to synchronize with the latest data in the database.
TrainVisualClusteringItem
Adds an item to a visual clustering database.
UnsyncVisualClusteringItems
Removes all visual clustering training from memory (does not affect the database).
UpdateVisualClusteringItemMetadata
Updates the value of a key-value pair in the custom metadata of a visual clustering item.
