Configuring the GTID Options

Using this dialog box, you can specify the configuration settings for your host connection. You can customize the ATSTCP path template to your environment.

  • Workstation Name: Type the workstation name assigned on the Configuration Server by your network administrator. Enter a name in this text box before clicking the Config Refresh button.

  • Terminal Type: Select the terminal type (Terminal, Printer, and Application) that will be assigned to your workstation.

  • GTID: Select the global terminal identifiers (GTID) that will be assigned to your workstation. The values that appear in this drop-down list box change depending on the terminal type you have selected. The GTIDs are updated by the Configuration Server when you click Config Refresh.

  • Config Refresh: Click this button to query the Configuration Server and request configuration information based on your workstation name. The configuration information in the GTID Options dialog box, the Global IP-Concentrator Options dialog box, and the IPC Address List dialog box is updated from this query.

  • Global Config: Clicking this button displays the Global IP-Concentrator Options dialog box.
