ATSTCP Path Wizard Options

The following options are presented throughout the ATSTCP Path Wizard.

Options

Description

Production

Select to create a path to a production host system.

Development

Select to create a path to a development host system.

Client ID

Type the workstation name assigned on the Configuration Server by your network administrator.

IP Address or DNS Name

Type the IP address or the DNS name of the development host.

IP Address or DNS Name (optional)

Type the IP address or the DNS name of the development host to use if the primary host is not available.

Terminal/Printer/Application

Select the terminal type (Terminal, Printer, and Application) that will be assigned to your workstation.

Get GTID from a Pool

Select to get a global terminal identifier (GTID) from a GTID pool.

Use the Selected GTID

Select the specific global terminal identifiers (GTID) that will be assigned to your workstation, or type a GTID into the dropdown box. The values that appear in this drop-down list box change depending on the terminal type you have selected. The GTIDs are updated by the Configuration Server when you click Config Refresh.

Create a New GTID Pool

Select to create a new pool of global terminal identifiers (GTIDs).

Use the Selected GTID Pool

Select the pool of global terminal identifiers (GTIDs) that will be used by your workstation. The values that appear in this drop-down list box change depending on the terminal type you have selected. The GTIDs are updated by the Configuration Server when you click Config Refresh.

Enter a Name for the Pool

Type a name for the pool you are creating.

GTIDs in Pool

A list of global terminal identifiers (GTIDs) included in the selected pool.

Available GTIDs

A list of global terminal identifiers (GTIDs) which are available to add to the selected GTID pool.

Add

Select to add the highlighted global terminal identifier (GTID) to the GTID pool.

Delete

Select to remove the highlighted global terminal identifier (GTID) from the GTID pool.
