In some installations, the name of your mainframe Send/Receive program may be different from the name Extra! expects. If the Send/Receive program has been installed on your mainframe under a name other than IND$FILE, you will need to go to the File Transfer Advanced page and specify the new program name in the Transfer Program Name.
