Action Tab

By double-clicking the bitmap button, or, a button you can specify the action that this button should perform and the bitmap to appear on it.

Description

Category

From the Category list box, click the name of the menu or other category that contains the action to perform.

Commands

From the Commands list box, click the action that this button should perform.

Depending on which action you click, the dialog box might prompt you for additional information. For example, if you click Send Keystrokes, you must specify which keystrokes to send.

Description

Enter a brief description of the action.

Customize

This button launches the Select Bitmap dialog box.

Action Tab Help

Use this dialog box to specify which action to perform. First, select the desired Category, and then select the Command. Some commands require additional selections or entries.

If an action listed here does not appear in the Commands list box, it might not be supported by your emulator, or security for the action might be enabled.

Begin or stop capturing buffers sent from the host. If a capture is not in progress, this command initiates it. If a capture is in progress, this command ends it.

If Show Capture Dialog When Start Capture is selected on the Global Preferences dialog box, the Capture dialog box appears when you invoke this command, and the capture begins when you click OK on this dialog box. If this option is cleared, the Capture dialog box does not appear, and the capture begins immediately when you invoke this command, using the current configuration settings.
