Options Tab

Using this tab, you can specify which functions to enable or disable. First, select the desired Category. Then select the desired Command.

If you enable security for any command in the File, Edit, View, Tools, Session, Options, Window, or Help categories, the corresponding command is removed from the Accessory Manager menu, and you will not be able to perform the function associated with that command using any toolbar, HotSpot, keyboard map, or QuickPad.

For example, if you enable security for the New Session command, New Session is removed from the File menu, and you cannot run the New Session Wizard using any other mechanism.

Because the security feature covers all emulators that can run within Accessory Manager, you might see commands that do not appear in the menus for your particular emulator. For example, the Finish Printing command appears in the File menu only if you are using a VT emulator. Enabling or disabling security for a menu item that is not supported by your emulator will have no effect on the operation of your emulator.
