Control Page Color Options

Using the Control Page or Extended Control Page, you can specify the character color and background color for the session window or status line by defining only one PARAM option instead of two.

For example, to specify the colors for the session window, you could define the color for the BC (background color) option and then define the color for the DC (character color) option, or you could use the XS option to define the colors for both at once.

Likewise, to specify the colors for the status line, you could define the color for the IB (background color) option and then define the color for the IC (character color) option, or you could use the XL option to define the colors for both at once.

To specify two colors at once, refer to the following table for the abbreviation to use. The colors of the characters are in the left column. The colors for the background are across the top.

For example, to display green characters on a white background, read across the row titled Green until it intersects with the column labeled White. In this case, you would enter a lowercase z to the right of the slash in the PARAM field.

NOTE:These color options only work in UTS 60 terminal emulation.
