4.2 Currently Assigned

The Currently Assigned view lists all of the users and groups who have been assigned one or more sessions or packages.

Click a user or group in the Search Results. Their assigned sessions are checked.

4.2.1 Users’ access to their assigned sessions

Users of Host Access for the Cloud (2.5.1 or higher), Reflection Desktop (17.0 or higher), and InfoConnect Desktop (17.0 or higher) can launch all of their sessions from a consolidated HTML-based portal.

After a user authenticates using LDAP or X.509, they see their list of entitled sessions, which were assigned by the administrator. Users can access their sessions from https://<mss server>/sessions.

NOTE:The Assigned Sessions list shows only the specific session types that can be launched directly: Host Access for the Cloud, Reflection for the Web, and Reflection/InfoConnect Desktop.
