On every dialog box in NetExpress you'll find a context help button
at the top right.
Here is the Customize dialog box, Toolbar tab, for example.
If you click the context help button, then click the question mark on one of the objects in the dialog box, a popup window appears and tells you what you need to know about that object. Here we have clicked on the Remove button.
