Here the library has been created, as you can see, and the project hierarchy has been modified to show that all the previously selected programs are now to be included in BANK.LBR.
What you see here is a representation of your project, of course. When you actually come to compile all programs and prepare the finished application (described in the topic Building your project), package files like this are built automatically for you.
Just tell NetExpress what package files you want and it does the rest!
