This Readme is accessible at installation time, and then from within the Help in the Start Here folder.
The Readme covers notes that you might want to see before installing any or all components of Net Express, or that help you with troubleshooting. It covers all of the components in Net Express. If any of the sections do not apply to your product installation choices, you can simply ignore them.
