To scan volumes, migrate data to cloud or recall data from cloud, the services that communicate with CIS server are Core Agent, Scanner, CIS agent, and Recall Agent. Ensure that these services are always running else the respective operations fails. Restart the services for performing the operations successfully:
Core agent service: systemctl restart oes-core-agent.service
Scan Volumes: systemctl restart oes-cis-scanner.service
Migrate Data to Cloud: systemctl restart oes-cis-agent.service
Recall Data from Cloud: systemctl restart oes-cis-recall-agent.service
