OpenText Open Enterprise Server CE 24.3.3 Release Notes

July 2025

Open Enterprise Server (OES) 24.3.3 is an update for OES 23.4 that includes updates to the operating system and fixes customer-reported issues to enhance stability and security.

1.0 What’s New

AES Encryption Support for Netlogon Secure Channel

DSfW supports AES encryption for the Netlogon secure channel, significantly enhancing the security of communications between domain controllers and clients. This update introduces support for NL_AUTH_SHA2_SIGNATURE with HMAC-SHA256 for signatures and AES-128 for sealing, aligning DSfW with current Windows security standards.

This improvement ensures better compatibility with clients that require stronger encryption algorithms, boosting overall security and interoperability.
