OpenText Open Enterprise Server CE 25.1 is an update for OES 24.4 that includes enhancements, improves usability, and defect fixes.

1.1 Installation and Upgrade

Allowlist in OES MFA Service

Allowlist in the OES MFA service exempts trusted entities from the MFA process, simplifying access while maintaining security.Trusted entities in the allowlist can be users, user groups, workstations, or subnets.

Hypervisor Support

OES supports Nutanix AOS 6.5.2 and Proxmox Virtual Environment 8.2.2 hypervisors. For more information, see Installing OES on a VM in the Installation Guide.

Server-Side Request Forgery through Host Header Injection

You can restrict unauthorized access that can manipulate server-side requests to redirect traffic, bypass access controls, or exploit server behavior. For more information, see Security Considerations in the Installation Guide.

1.2 Cloud Integrated Storage

Cloud Integrated Storage (CIS) client for Mac 1.1.8 supports macOS 15 (Sequoia).
