Your development system license allows you to run the development system.
In production environments, to run applications developed using Micro Focus tools, you must have the appropriate Server Enterprise Edition licenses installed. When you install your product you will be prompted to enter your license key. Depending on the features you have in your product, you might have been supplied with more than one license key card with your Micro Focus product. Make sure you use the license key printed on a card that relates to the Micro Focus License Management System.
