To upgrade your PlateSpin Server to PlateSpin Migrate 2019.2, you must have an existing installation of PlateSpin Migrate 2018.11 running on Windows Server 2012 R2 or Windows Server 2016, with or without interim patches and hotfixes applied. Other direct upgrades are not supported.
IMPORTANT:
Migrate Server in the cloud: Upgrade is not supported for Migrate servers provisioned in Azure Cloud. Complete your in-progress migrations by using the currently provisioned PlateSpin Migrate 2018.11 server. Provision a PlateSpin Migrate 2019.2 server for new migrations. See Section 2.7, Deploying a Migrate Server Image in Azure.
