PlateSpin Transformation Manager discovers available cloud key pairs for the target AWS Cloud platform. Key Pairs vary according to the AWS Cloud selected for the platform. The permissions of the AWS subscription might also influence the key pairs available for the platform.
For an AWS Platform, the Key Pairs tab displays the following information for each discovered Key Pair resource:
The name of the resource in the target environment.
The AWS Region where the Key Pair can be used.
The AWS fingerprint generated from the Key Pair.
For an AWS Platform, the Edit Key Pair dialog displays the following information for a specified resource:
The parent target platform for the Key Pair.
The name of the Key Pair in the target platform environment.
(Optional) Specify a brief description of the Key Pair. This text appears by default in the Key Pairs list.
A list of the workloads that have been configured to use the Key Pair in Manual (tracking) mode.
