You create Azure Storage Accounts in the target Azure subscription by using the Azure Portal.
NOTE:Storage Accounts are required only for target VMs that do not use the Azure Managed Disks service.
Storage Accounts are automatically discovered when you discover a target Azure platform. The platform resources are rediscovered every 6 hours or on demand. If you add or modify storage accounts for the platform, use the Rediscover action to discover the new or modified storage account information and add it to the Associations for the platform.
