12.5 Editing a Batch

You might need to modify dates and associations for a batch as you configure the batch and as its parent project matures. The System Administrator and Project Manager can modify the batch.

To edit a batch:

  1. In the Web Interface toolbar, select Planning.

  2. Select the Batches tab.

  3. Double-click the batch to open the Edit Batch dialog, then view the batch details.

    You can alternatively select the batch, then click Edit.

  4. Modify the values as appropriate.

    • Name

    • Organization

    • Project

    • Wave

    • (Optional) Description

    • Start Date

    • End Date

    • (Optional) Owner

  5. (Optional) View or modify Associations.

    • Workloads

    • Users

  6. (Optional) Click Set to Completed.

  7. Click Save.

  8. Click Close.
