PlateSpin Transformation Manager discovers available resource groups for the target Azure Cloud platform. It provides the following information for each resource group:
For an Azure Platform, the Resource Groups tab displays the following information for each discovered resource group:
The parent location for the resource group in the Azure Cloud for the target platform. For example: Central US, West US, or North Europe.
Information about the resources deployed in the Azure resource group.
The number of resource items in the resource group.
For an Azure Platform, the Edit Resource Group dialog displays the following information for a specified resource group:
The parent target platform for the resource group.
The name of the resource group in the target Azure platform environment.
(Optional) Specify a brief description of the resource group. This text appears by default in the Resource Groups list.
A list of the workloads that have been configured to use the resource group.
