As system administrator, you need to ensure all your users enable their product licenses beyond the default evaluation period.
You license Micro Focus products by using an authorization code that is supplied with the product. Each product installation will install a license server on the local machine from which you can obtain a license.
If your site is planning to using a central license server, you can install the product on any computer and use that installation as the license server without further configuration. You use your authorization code to load licenses onto the license server and users can obtain a license by accessing the server over a network.
