The way you authorise users for a session depends on the access control configuration of the MSS.
To authorise a user or group, click Assign Access in the navigation pane, then use the online Help to associate them to the session you want.
When users next start Rumba+, the session profile is automatically downloaded to their local machine. They can then open the profile in the normal way.
