The way you authorise users for a session depends on the access control configuration of the MSS.
To authorise a user or group, click Access Mapper in the navigation pane, then use the online Help to associate them to the session you want.
When users next start Rumba, the session profile is automatically downloaded to their local machine. They can then open the profile in the normal way.
