The Publisher is where API developers in the IT department of your company create and manage the APIs that are stored in the API Gateway. For more information, see Accessing the Publisher and the Store.

Any user account that has the publisher role can access the Publisher. An administrative account must create these accounts and assign passwords through the management console. For more information, see Section 3.0, Managing Roles and Users.
