If a user forgets the passphrase answer, you must reset the user’s SecureLogin configuration to ensure that the user’s data is secure. This deletes all user-specific information, including user names and passwords.

IMPORTANT:When you set up a user’s passphrase question and answer policies, we recommend that you keep them simple so that the user can easily remember the answer.
