A.4 Unable to Connect to Transformation Hub (T-Hub) After Giving the Correct IP Address/Hostname

In case, Sentinel server is unable to communicate to T-Hub, even though T-Hub is reachable and all T-Hub certificates are copied to the Sentinel server, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the directory /etc/opt/novell/sentinel/intelligence in the Sentinel server.

  2. Delete the file avro-schema-file-V1.json

  3. Restart the Sentinel server:

    rcsentinel restart

Restarting the Sentinel server regenerates the schema file and the user must be able to establish a successful connection to T-Hub.
