In case, Sentinel server is unable to communicate to T-Hub, even though T-Hub is reachable and all T-Hub certificates are copied to the Sentinel server, perform the following steps:
Navigate to the directory /etc/opt/novell/sentinel/intelligence in the Sentinel server.
Delete the file avro-schema-file-V1.json
Restart the Sentinel server:
systemctl restart sentinel.service
or
<sentinel_installation_path>/opt/novell/sentinel/bin/server.sh restart
Restarting the Sentinel server regenerates the schema file and the user must be able to establish a successful connection to T-Hub.
