You can monitor the usage of your Server Enterprise Edition licenses, so that you are forewarned of reaching your license limit. You will need order more licenses and install them before you exceed your limit and before your user applications stop running.
AppTrack provides severl reports for monitoring licenses. For example, the License List report (AppTrack option 1) shows which licenses are installed on each Server Enterprise Edition. It shows the serial number and major identifying part of the license number of each license.
The following reports are available:
This report shows how many licenses are installed and how many are currently in use. It also shows the number of licenses used in excess of those installed. Note that you must not rely on any excess being available for use. If you use any excess licenses, you must order more licenses and install them.
