Chapter 4: Information Messages

This chapter lists the information messages that the License Management Facility produces. It describes when these messages occur and provides workarounds, where appropriate.

4.1 Message Explanation and Resolution

Unable to open license database.
The license database is corrupt.
A license checksum failure has occurred.
You have exceeded the license limit for this product.
You have exceeded the license limit for this product.
You are not licensed to use this product or version.
Unknown license failure.
Maximum license database size exceeded.
Heap access error in the License Manager.
Unable to contact License Manager.
The License Manager connection has failed on sending.
The License Manager connection has failed on receiving.
License Manager integrity check failure.
Unsupported random number version.
Terminal type not defined (Fatal)
Required terminal capability description missing
Screen handling system initialization error (fatal)
