Guidelines for Data Files

We suggest the following guidelines for the number of data files and their sizes, based on the number of users. Your needs may be different than those shown in the table below.

Up to 15 3 50 MB
Between 15 and 50 3 300 MB
Between 51 and 100 5 300 MB
Between 101 and 300 7 500 MB
>300 7 800 MB
