Select a text file in the
Server Explorer,
Navigator, or Package Explorer.

Alternative: Right-click the selected file and choose

The
Annotate view displays the contents of the
selected file, and the annotation information in the left gutter of the view.

Click
Info in the gutter to view the details about a
specific revision.
