COBDB0122 Nested INCLUDEs not supported

The DB2 ECM does not support EXEC SQL INCLUDE statements that expand an EXEC SQL INCLUDE statement.

Resolution:

Remove EXEC SQL INCLUDE statements that expand an EXEC SQL INCLUDE statement; then recompile the program.
