The initializer extension is called before the AWM Core plug-in.
The extension can be used to start or initialize plug-ins or functions before AWM starts.
A plug-in contributes a new AWM system type (using extension point com.microfocus.awm.systemprovider), but must be initialized before AWM starts restoring cached AWM systems.
