Novell Honors Top Partners with Service Excellence Awards

20 April 2004

Novell has named eight business partners as recipients of the 2004 Novell Service Excellence Awards. The awards are presented to Novell partners that stand out in delivering world-class technical support for Novell products and solutions.

The winners were chosen from among Novell's Platinum-level partners in the United States and Canada for their expertise on Novell solutions, the training of their engineers, the quality and speed of their support for customers, and their commitment to selling and supporting Novell solutions. "Novell and our partners continue to work together in a joint effort to be the industry leader in providing customers business solutions," said Mike Lyons, vice president of Novell Technical Services.

Technical support is a critical component for ensuring customers get the most from their technology investments. As customers deploy increasingly complex technology solutions they need to know that they can get help when they need it. “There's no way we can reach the entire market without quality partners like these. Our customers can have confidence that, whether they're talking to us or to one of our support partners, they'll get what they need to optimize their Novell investment," said Lyons.
