Attachmate to Participate in BrainShare 2014

25 August 2014

Attachmate Corporation, www.attachmate.com, is pleased to announce that it is participating in BrainShare, the premier user and technical training conference for NetIQ, Novell and Attachmate partners and customers. This is Attachmate’s first year participating in the longstanding annual conference. BrainShare 2014 will take place November 3 – 5, 2014 at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City and will feature demonstrations, technical sessions, and trainings that focus on streamlining enterprise IT management through innovative solutions.

Event attendees can address real world problems and discover ideal solutions by learning firsthand from product experts and by hearing how other organizations are using the same technologies. Attendees will also engage in discussions around improving enterprise efficiency, security, productivity and the future of IT.

“BrainShare presents a unique opportunity for our partners and customers around the globe to come together and learn from each other as well as industry experts about the latest IT trends and Attachmate Group products and solutions,” said Kathleen Owens, president and general manager at Attachmate and Novell. “We are very excited to have Attachmate participate in BrainShare, which has become an educational standard in the IT industry.”

For more than 20 years BrainShare has been committed to providing the best training and networking opportunities for Novell, NetIQ, and now Attachmate partners and customers. Attachmate experts will present real-world scenarios and walk through detailed solutions, explore Attachmate products’ newest features, and highlight rarely used capabilities so attendees can better leverage their existing IT investments to create a more secure and efficient enterprise. Sessions will focus on a wide variety of topics, including using a modern directory to manage and secure legacy host access, automating Attachmate terminal emulation clients with Novell ZENworks and optimizing mobile legacy host application access.

Keynotes will be delivered daily at 8:30 a.m. MT by Attachmate Group executives, including Kathleen Owens, followed by interactive sessions and training from experts, employees and partners. Additional program details will be announced in the coming months.

Registration for BrainShare 2014 is currently open and discounts will be available through social media and other public forums. For more information and to receive updates about the event, please visit http://www.brainshare.com/ or follow @Attachmate on Twitter
