OBM01SP-L1-202005 - Lesson 1: OBM 2020.x DL for Operators with Specialist Exam
Lesson one comprises three modules. You will learn about Operations Bridge, how to discover infrastructure and events, analyze and escalating events, and OBM Capabilities and Consistency across Domains. You will also learn about the Operations Bridge Suite and key concepts and features of Operations Bridge Suite. Finally, you will learn the Operations operator workflow, event lifecycle, and how to close a resolved event.
OBM01SP-L2-202005 - Lesson 2: OBM 2020.x DL for Operators with Specialist Exam
Lesson two comprises three modules. You will learn about OBM Performance Dashboards, how to access performance dashboards from events, view event overlay, create new favorites dashboards, and chart level options. You will also learn about OBM Tools and its basics, how to analyze a database event using the tool, and how to use sample tool – BBC Util Ping and Databases Status. Finally, you will learn the Health Perspective, KPI display, change report, CI properties, and investigate the impact on business services.
Lesson three and exam are in development.
